SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, The United States and France. Shipping to more EU countries, US and UK will be enabled asap.
Orders are shipped from our Knoop Atelier in Amsterdam. We ship the packages within 1 or 2 working days. This means you are likely to receive your Knoop within two or three working days (in the Netherlands) . All our packages are shipped with PostNL.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Oh crap! Not happy with your Knoop and you want to return it? You can. You have 30 days from the shipping date to request a return. Your refund will automatically be credited to the original form of payment that you’ve used to make the purchase. We don't cover return costs
THIS IS HOW RETURNING WORKS
Step 1: Register your return by sending an email (knoop.store@gmail.com) stating your name and order number in the email title. You always need to request your return, otherwise we can’t return your money.
Step 2: Return your order by sending the Knoop back to our warehouse in Amsterdam. Let's get you started: use DHL (if you use the same package pick this option: 10 kg/ 80x50x35 cm). Fill in the address: Knoop.store, Kalkoenstraat 11-H, 1022BA, Amsterdam. Then choose the option to print the label or in case you don't have a printer you get an QR code. Bring to package to the nearest DHL services point.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete. Knoop has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition.
